Privacy Policy

At CASTCorp International, we value and work to protect the privacy of our clients and of those who visit our website as much as we do our own. For that reason, we will not sell, offer to sell, rent, trade, or otherwise provide information to any other person or entity except when necessary to provide requested services, or with permission, or under the following circumstances:

  • To provide necessary information to trusted partners who work on behalf of our Consulting Group under force of confidentiality agreements and on a “need to know basis” only. To that end, such partners may use information to assist CASTCorp International in communicating with our clients and in providing required services. However, our partners do not have any independent right to use or share client information;
  • To provide information to authorities as required in response to subpoena, court order, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights, or to defend against claims made against us.

We do reserve the right to re-contact clients and visitors to our website for the purpose of marketing CASTCorp International services.

Information Collection

The server hosting our website automatically records certain information from visitors, including IP address, browser type and language and the URL(s) of the page(s) visited. Since we actively market our firm and its services, we reserve the right to place and access what are known as “cookies” on visitors’ computer hard-drives. Cookies are a commonplace website tool and do not provide any personally identifying information such as name or address. They take-up very little space and are invaluable in helping the host to monitor the number of visitors to a site and to determine which pages on a site are the most popular. Of course, visitors may choose to refuse browser cookies. However, doing so may diminish the online experience and detract from a site’s full functionality.

Links to Other Sites

This website may feature links to third party websites that offer goods, services, memberships or information. While we are very selective about the links we allow on our site, third party sites may collect and use information in a manner different than we do. CASTCorp International is not responsible for the information collection and retention practices of any third party and we urge appropriate due diligence of privacy policies prior to providing personally identifying information.

Protection of Confidential Information

When necessary and appropriate, a secure server will be available for transmittal of confidential information via internet email between CASTCorp International and its clients.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to change the terms of our policy as necessary and appropriate. Accordingly, please check our site regularly for revisions. Continued use of our website will constitute acceptance of this and any revised policy.
